Legal Identity: CreativeIgniter is a trading name of Florin Pinta, sole trader, Tuam, Co. Galway, Ireland. If you have questions, contact office@creativeigniter.com.

By accessing or using the website creativeigniter.com, creating an account, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Florin Pinta trading as CreativeIgniter ("we", "us", "our").

  • "Platform" means the website creativeigniter.com and all associated services.
  • "Digital Product" means any downloadable template, UI kit, starter kit, or other digital file available for purchase on the Platform.
  • "Licence" means the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use a Digital Product as described in Section 4.
  • "Account" means the registered user account you create to access the Platform.

To purchase or download products, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and not share it with any third party
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at office@creativeigniter.com
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make purchases. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Upon successful payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the purchased Digital Product subject to the following conditions:

4.1 Permitted uses

  • Use the product in an unlimited number of your own personal or commercial projects
  • Modify, adapt, and customise the product files to suit your needs
  • Use the product as the basis for websites or applications delivered to your clients (end products)

4.2 Prohibited uses

  • You may not resell, sublicence, redistribute, or make available the product files (or derivatives thereof) for download — whether for free or commercially
  • You may not claim authorship of the original product as a standalone template
  • You may not use the product in any way that competes directly with CreativeIgniter

4.3 Download availability

Purchased products are available for download from your account dashboard. We do not guarantee download availability indefinitely if a product is removed from the Platform, however we will make reasonable efforts to ensure continued access for previous purchasers.

All prices displayed on the Platform are in Euro (€) and are inclusive of any applicable Irish VAT where required.

  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe (card payments) or PayPal. We do not store your card details.
  • You will receive a confirmation email and a downloadable invoice after each successful purchase.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.
  • If an incorrect price is displayed due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

For EU VAT purposes, as a sole trader below the VAT registration threshold, VAT may not be charged. Where applicable, the invoice will reflect the correct VAT treatment.

Important: Due to the digital nature of all products sold on this Platform, your right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights (Directive 2011/83/EU) is waived at the point of purchase. By completing your order and downloading your files, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal.

This means we do not offer refunds for digital downloads that have been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions — we will issue a refund if:

  • You were charged twice for the same order due to a payment processing error
  • The download files are technically defective and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 7 days of your report
  • The product description was materially misleading in a way that significantly differs from the delivered files

To request a refund under the exceptions above, email office@creativeigniter.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

All content on this Platform — including but not limited to source code, templates, design assets, logos, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Florin Pinta / CreativeIgniter or its licensors, and is protected by Irish and international copyright law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. The licence granted in Section 4 is the entirety of the rights conveyed.

If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, contact us at office@creativeigniter.com.

In using this Platform, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its related systems
  • Upload, post, or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes any third-party rights
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data from the Platform without our prior written consent
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the Platform
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of our service
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account

The Platform and all Digital Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, we disclaim all warranties including:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement of third-party rights
  • Uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform
  • Compatibility of products with any specific software, framework version, or browser beyond those stated in the product description

Product previews, screenshots, and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor visual differences between preview and deliverable may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Florin Pinta / CreativeIgniter shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill
  • Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or any Digital Product

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Irish or EU consumer protection law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We aim to keep the Platform available 24/7 but we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. We may suspend or restrict access to all or part of the Platform for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will endeavour to give advance notice where possible.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if you:

  • Breach any provision of these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity
  • Cause harm or attempt to cause harm to the Platform, other users, or Florin Pinta

Upon termination, your licence to use any Digital Products you have purchased continues — termination does not revoke your existing purchase licences unless the termination was due to licence abuse.

You may delete your account at any time from the Privacy & Data section of your account settings.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have access to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, registered users will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account deletion.
