About these terms
This website is run by CreativeIgniter. CreativeIgniter is the registered business name of Florin Pinta. By using the website you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
Prices and quotes
Prices on this website are starting prices, to give you a fair idea of cost. They are not an offer. The price for your project is the one in the written quote I send you, and the work is agreed in that quote before anything starts. If a price on the website and a written quote differ, the quote applies.
Paying for a website
Half of the quoted price is paid when you accept the quote, which books your start date. The other half is paid when the website is ready, before it goes live.
Who owns the website
Once the website is paid for in full, the website, its text and its photos belong to you, and your domain name is registered in your name. If you ever move to another provider, I hand over a full copy.
Monthly plans
Website care and Google Ads management run month to month, paid monthly, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Your Google Ads budget is paid to Google directly. Monthly SEO has a minimum of three months, because results on Google take that long to show, then runs month to month with 30 days' notice.
Extra work
Work outside the quote or outside website care is charged at €50 an hour. I always tell you the price before I start.
VAT
CreativeIgniter is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to prices.

I keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not advice for your business. Guides and articles reflect my understanding at the date they were written; things like grants and Google's rules change, so check the current details before relying on them.

The websites in the work section were designed and built by me for the businesses named. Their names, logos and content belong to those businesses.
